As an HR Consultant at Stratagyn, you will manage end-to-end HR operations for client organisations, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. This role offers tremendous exposure, dynamic responsibilities, and exciting work across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, benefits, training, and compliance.
You will act as a bridge between management and employees, and your key responsibilities include:
- Handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Acting as a bridge between management and employees to resolve work-related issues
- Designing and implementing customized HR initiatives
- Managing employee benefits, training programs, attendance, and payroll support
- Preparing HR dashboards and reports
