Job Summary :

Antsglobe Technologies is looking for a smart, detail-oriented Automation & Operations Executive who can automate daily business tasks across multiple platforms. This role focuses on Excel automation, no-code workflows, email & marketing automation, and social media post automation to improve efficiency and consistency. If you enjoy simplifying processes and building automated systems that save time—this role is for you.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Automate repetitive tasks using Make (Integromat) and other no-code tools
Create automated workflows between forms, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, email tools, and dashboards
Build trigger-based and scheduled automation processes
Manage and automate reports using Excel / Google Sheets
Work with formulas, filters, data cleanup, and structured datasets
Automate social media post scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Integrate Canva designs with scheduling tools for bulk posting
Maintain content calendars through automated systems
Set up and manage Brevo (Sendinblue) campaigns and automation flows
Document automation logic and SOPs
Monitor automations and fix issues when required

Required Skills & Tools Must-Have :

Make (Integromat)
Excel / Google Sheets
Canva (templates, bulk designs)
Brevo (email campaigns & automation)
Social media scheduling tools or automation logic
Strong understanding of workflows & triggers
Good-to-Have: Zapier, Notion / Airtable, Google Forms / Typeform, CRM or WhatsApp API knowledge, Basic API / webhook understanding
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, Logical and process-driven mindset, Attention to detail, Ability to work independently, Good documentation & communication skills
