Job Summary
The Audit Executive is responsible for conducting internal audits across hospital departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory regulations, NABH standards, and operational procedures. The role focuses on identifying process gaps, minimizing risks, improving internal controls, and ensuring efficient utilization of hospital resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and surprise audits across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Verify billing accuracy, patient records, cash collections, pharmacy transactions, and inventory management.
- Audit IP, OP, Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Stores, Purchase, and Finance departments.
- Review compliance with NABH standards, hospital SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational risks, process deviations, and revenue leakages.
- Prepare audit reports with observations, root cause analysis, and corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow up with department heads.
- Verify fixed assets, inventory, and consumables through periodic physical audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of audit records.
- Assist in fraud detection, investigation of discrepancies, and loss prevention.
- Coordinate with department heads to strengthen internal controls.
- Support external audits, statutory audits, and accreditation assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hospital and patient information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
