Job Overview
Core Institute Technology is hiring a Quantity Surveying (QS) Faculty to deliver industry-oriented training to students pursuing careers in the construction sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in quantity surveying, estimation, and surveying instruments, with the ability to explain concepts clearly through practical sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Quantity Surveying concepts.
- Train students in quantity estimation, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation.
- Teach AutoCAD for construction drawing interpretation and quantity extraction.
- Provide hands-on training in Transit/Theodolite surveying and basic site measurement techniques.
- Guide students in reading civil and architectural drawings.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students through real-time case studies and project-based learning.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.
Required Technical Skills
- Quantity Estimation (Mandatory)
- BOQ Preparation
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Transit/Theodolite Surveying (Mandatory)

Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
