A. Material Outward & Issue
- Process material issues to Production, Service, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, and other departments against approved material requisitions.
- Verify material requirements, item codes, descriptions, quantities, and authorization before issuing materials.
- Pick and issue materials accurately as per approved requirements.
- Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests/Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Check physical quantity and condition of materials before handing them over.
- Maintain proper records of all material outward transactions.
B. Production Material Issue
- Issue raw materials and components to the Production Department as per approved production requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with Production Planning and Production teams regarding material requirements.
- Monitor urgent material requests and ensure timely issue after proper authorization.
- Maintain records of materials issued against production orders.
C. Service & Spare Material Issue
- Issue spare parts, components, tools, and other materials to the Service Department against approved requirements.
- Maintain proper records of materials issued to Service Engineers/Service Teams.
- Ensure serial numbers, quantities, and part numbers are correctly recorded wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Service and Technical teams for material requirements.
D. Dispatch & External Outward Coordination
- Support the Dispatch Department in preparing materials for outward movement.
- Verify material quantity and details against approved dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with Dispatch, Sales, Service, and Accounts for authorized outward transactions.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling, and documentation before handing over materials for dispatch.
- Maintain records of materials transferred to other branches, customers, service locations, or vendors.
E. Return Material Management
- Receive and record materials returned from Production, Service, Maintenance, or other departments.
- Verify returned quantities and physical condition.
- Coordinate with Quality/Technical teams for inspection of returned materials where required.
- Update ERP/system records after approval.
- Maintain separate records for usable, damaged, defective, and rejected materials.
F. Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate stock levels and material movement records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and stock discrepancies.
- Immediately report discrepancies to the Store HOD.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper segregation and identification of materials.
G. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain Material Issue Slips, Material Requisition Slips, Transfer Notes, Return Notes, and other store documents.
- Maintain daily outward and material issue registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outward reports as required.
- Ensure all documents are properly authorized and filed.
- Maintain records required for internal and external audits.
. Daily Responsibilities
- Review approved material requirements and requisitions.
- Pick and issue materials to concerned departments.
- Verify quantities and item codes before issue.
- Prepare material issue/outward documentation.
- Update ERP/system records.
- Maintain material movement registers.
- Process returned materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Service, Dispatch, and other departments.
- Check and reconcile physical and system stock.
- Report shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies to the Store HOD.
- Audit compliance.
- Compliance with Store SOPs and safety procedures.
. Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com/BBA or a relevant qualification.
- Diploma/Certification in Stores, Warehouse, Logistics, or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, Material Handling, or Outward Operations.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

- Good knowledge of store and material outward processes.
- Knowledge of inventory management and material control.
- Understanding of Material Requisition Slips, Material Issue Slips, Transfer Notes, and other store documents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
