Assistant Store Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Reports to: Store Manager / Founder
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, including Sundays (one weekday off) 11am-7pm
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
Run the floor, close the sale, and make sure every client who walks in leaves feeling like they got more than a transaction. You'll support the Store Manager in daily showroom operations, client experience, and team coordination at our Gurgaon studio.
What You'll Do
- Greet and guide walk-in clients through our lighting and decor collections
- Support consultations for bespoke and customized orders
- Manage daily store opening/closing, visual merchandising, and stock checks
- Coordinate with the design and ops team on order status and delivery timelines
- Maintain CRM entries for walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups
- Step in for the Store Manager when needed
- Ensure the showroom always looks client-ready
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in retail, hospitality, or luxury client-facing roles
- Comfortable with premium/bespoke products and high-intent clients
- Confident communicator, presentable, and detail-oriented
- Basic comfort with CRM/billing tools (training provided)
- Available to work Sundays as a regular working day
