Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Analyst & Community Manager to manage social media presence, engage with online communities, and analyse campaign performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Telegram.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand strategy and audience engagement goals.
- Analyse social media performance metrics, engagement trends, reach, impressions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Handle community management by responding to comments, messages, and user queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong online communities to improve audience engagement and brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution and branding consistency.
- Managing the online reputation of the brand and handling any customer complaints when needed.
- Coordinate with micro & nano influencers for UGC collaborations.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, brand promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Support OEM through LinkedIn content, B2B video snippets, case studies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube
- Good communication and community engagement skills
- Ability to analyse social media performance and generate reports
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy preferred
- FMCG industry experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
