Build and own the carpenter partner network on the ground. You'll onboard new carpenters and installation partners, run on-site audits across measurement, masking and installation, and take full ground-level ownership of execution quality.
- Onboard, train and manage new carpenter and installation partners, and grow the active network with demand.
- Own on-site execution quality — measurement, masking and installation, audited against a clear standard.
- Run regular site audits and pull up quality where it slips; reduce site re-work.
- Be the ground-level owner — resolve site issues, manage partner relationships and protect timelines.
- Build the partner pipeline and expand network capacity across markets.
- Close the loop to Design and Manufacturing with ground insights that cut rework at the source.
- 5–10 years in field operations, last-mile, and carpenter/contractor network management — interiors, furniture or construction preferred
- Strong ground-level execution and people management; comfortable owning the site.
- A real eye for finish and detail, and the ability to set and enforce standards.
- Local-language fluency and willingness to travel across sites.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
