Paris Bound Interiors, under Urbnmason Infra Pvt. Ltd., is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Interior Fit-Out to lead and grow our interior sales business. The role involves handling enquiries, meeting clients, converting leads into projects, and coordinating with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming leads from digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals
- Meet prospective clients, understand requirements, and present company offerings
- Coordinate with design team for proposals, layouts, and estimates
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM or lead tracking system and provide regular sales reports
- Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers
- Participate in site visits when required during pre-sales stage
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years experience in interior fit-out / construction / real estate sales
- Proven track record in closing high-value residential or commercial projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Malayalam)
- Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and client requirements
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in approach
- Two-wheeler / car with valid license preferred
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
