Job Summary
Baseline is looking for a skilled MEP & Piping BIM Modeller with hands-on experience in 3D modeling of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and piping systems for industrial and commercial projects. The candidate will work closely with design and execution teams to create accurate BIM models that support coordination, clash detection, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Develop detailed 3D BIM models for MEP and piping systems using Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent software.
Ø Prepare clash detection reports, coordinated drawings, and shop drawings.
Ø Collaborate with civil, structural, and mechanical teams for integrated project modelling.
Ø Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries for consistent project documentation.
Ø Support design and project teams in quantities extraction, layouts, and coordination.
Ø Review design inputs and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Ø Assist in generating visualizations, walkthroughs, and presentations for clients.
Qualification & Experience
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering or related field.
Ø Minimum 2–6 years of experience in BIM modelling for industrial or commercial projects.
Ø Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Ø Knowledge of piping systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing layouts, and project standards.
Ø Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and meet tight deadlines.
Ø Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong technical understanding
Ø Freshers with relevant software knowledge and interest in BIM modelling can also apply.
