Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all repair and maintenance activities and ensure smooth functioning of facility operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling electrical, plumbing, civil work, and overall facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repairs
- Supervise daily maintenance and repair work (electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, etc.)
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly
- Handle breakdowns and provide quick resolution
Facility Management
- Maintain overall facility infrastructure and cleanliness
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities (water, electricity, DG, etc.)
Team Handling
- Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, and helpers
- Assign tasks and monitor work quality
- Ensure safety standards are followed
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for repair and AMC services
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Track inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil
- 3–6 years of experience in maintenance & facility management
- Good knowledge of repair work (electrical, plumbing, civil)
- Basic knowledge of facility operations and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and team handling skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate / commercial property / golf club / hospitality
- Knowledge of ERP or maintenance tracking systems
