We are looking for a passionate professional with experience in Edtech and Outreach to build relationships, drive learner and institutional engagement, and represent our solutions to schools, partners, and communities. This role focuses on expanding awareness, adoption, and impact of our education initiatives.
Responsibilities
Education & Technical Support
- Support the design and delivery of educational programs and learning initiatives
- Work with instructors and content teams to align offerings with learner needs
- Assist in onboarding students, partners, and educators
Outreach & Partnerships
- Lead outreach to schools, colleges, training institutes, and community partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with education stakeholders
- Represent the organization at events, webinars, and workshops
- Drive program adoption through institutional partnerships
Engagement & Growth
- Promote programs through direct outreach, campaigns, and collaborations
- Track engagement, leads, and partnership outcomes
- Gather feedback from partners and learners to improve offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in education and training
- 3+ years of experience in outreach, partnerships, or community engagement
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with schools, colleges, Training institutes, or EdTech organizations
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Pay: ₹10,774.42 - ₹20,034.64 per month
