Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and result-oriented Tele Associate (Admissions Counselor) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for aspiring medical students and their parents. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, understand students' medical career aspirations, counsel them on international MBBS opportunities, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Call pre-qualified leads to counsel students and parents regarding global MBBS opportunities, eligibility criteria, and university options.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively pitch the benefits of studying MBBS abroad through NSR Medical Organization and convert prospective inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to assist them with their queries regarding fees, admission processes, and documentation.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain student records, call logs, and admission statuses in our CRM platform.
- Goal Achievement: Meet daily call volume targets and monthly/seasonal admission recruitment quotas.
Key Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Experience in education counseling or overseas consultancy is a huge plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or academic counseling. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Telugu (additional languages like Hindi are an advantage).
- Skills:
- Excellent active listening and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build instant rapport over the phone.
