Client Servicing Executive / Manager (Translation Services)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of translation projects. The role requires strong communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Project Coordination
- Manage end-to-end translation projects (planning, execution, delivery).
- Liaise with translators, proofreaders, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure translations meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Conduct reviews and coordinate feedback implementation.
- Operational Excellence
- Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and status reports.
- Track project profitability and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client servicing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Languages, Communication, or Business Management).
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, project management, or translation/localization industry.
- Strong bilingual/multilingual communication skills (English + Hindi preferred; additional languages a plus).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
