- Network & Relationship Building: Develop and manage referral networks with general practitioners, clinics, and community groups to drive hospital patient inflow.
- Referral Processing & Tracking: Manage incoming and outgoing referrals, ensuring that patient medical history, symptoms, and requirements are accurately documented.
- Insurance & Authorizations: Verify patient insurance eligibility, handle pre-authorizations, and communicate coverage details with patients.
- Scheduling & Follow-ups: Schedule appointments with specialists or diagnostic centers and maintain regular follow-ups to monitor referral progress.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about their care options, treatment plans, and what to expect during specialist visits.
- Data Management: Track referral metrics, manage Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, and maintain high standards of privacy and compliance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
