Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Generate and manage leads through marketing activities and CRM systems
- Conduct property viewings and site visits for prospective buyers
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitors
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company guidelines
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
