NFCI is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Bathinda campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions and business growth.
- Manage overall branch operations.
- Lead and motivate the branch team.
- Ensure excellent student experience.
- Build local partnerships and oversee marketing initiatives.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Branch/Centre Management.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Retail, Hospitality, or Service Industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and target-achievement skills.
