We are looking for a highly proactive Personal Assistant to work remotely with the founder of a fast-growing Australian-based FinTech company.
This is not a traditional administrative role. Your mission is to make the founder significantly more productive by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
Exceptional spoken English with a clear, neutral accent is the single most important requirement for this role. You will regularly communicate with Australian clients, partners, and stakeholders and may represent the founder in meetings when required.Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate and book meetings across multiple time zones.
- Act as a sounding board for brainstorming ideas and strategic discussions.
- Attend meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
- Represent the founder professionally in meetings and communications when required.
- Handle emails, administrative tasks, and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactively identify ways to improve productivity and solve problems before they arise.

Compensation
Salary will be reviewed after the first month based on performance and the value you bring to the business. High performers will be rewarded accordingly.
