About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to support production, assembly and quality activities on the shop floor. This is a good opportunity for B.E. Mechanical Engineering freshers to gain practical manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support assembly and production activities on the shop floor
- Assist in quality inspection and quality control activities
- Monitor production activities and follow process requirements
- Maintain production and quality records
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
- Prepare basic reports using MS Office
- Maintain databases and CRM records
- Support shop-floor improvement activities
Requirements
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
- Fresher or 0-1 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of production and quality processes
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of databases/CRM
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Willingness to work on the shop floor
Pay: ₹11,813.83 - ₹29,870.17 per month
