Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our healthcare operations for Tirupur. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and onboarding skills to ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
The role involves recruiting Doctors, Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Administrative Staff, and Support Staff while maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
- Handle recruitment for Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Administrative Staff, Front Office Executives, and Support Staff.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer discussions.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Manage joining formalities and documentation processes.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Verify employee documents and maintain recruitment compliance records.
Recruitment Planning & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports to management.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Recruitment Database & Reporting
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and offer-to-joining ratios.
- Ensure recruitment records are updated and maintained accurately.
Required Skills
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Excellent sourcing and networking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and English
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment portals
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, or Medical Recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media hiring
- Experience in volume hiring and niche healthcare recruitment
