Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the organization’s financial processes. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a banking background, and possess strong knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.
Candidates who have attempted or are pursuing professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or equivalent will be preferred. The candidate should be committed to building a long-term career in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including vouchers, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash management, and banking transactions.
- Coordinate with banks for payments, collections, account-related requirements, and documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting transactions and documentation.
- Support statutory compliance, audits, and tax-related activities as required.
- Maintain proper records of financial transactions and ensure timely updating of accounting systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance and payment-related requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting or banking-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates with banking experience/background will be preferred.
- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent.
- Candidates who have attempted, are pursuing, or have completed CA/CMA or similar professional courses will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and banking transactions.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in a full-time role and commit to the organization for the long term.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
