Yantraa Mynds is an innovative AI & STEM education company focused on empowering students with future-ready skills. We are looking for passionate and dynamic STEM / Robotics Trainers to deliver hands-on learning experiences in schools.
The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions in robotics, AI basics, coding, and practical STEM applications for school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver STEM, Robotics, and AI-based sessions in assigned schools
- Handle kits such as Arduino, sensors, motors, and basic electronics
- Teach programming using beginner-friendly platforms (Scratch / Pictoblox / App Inventor)
- Guide students in projects, experiments, and competitions
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper usage
- Prepare session reports and track student progress
- Coordinate with school management and internal team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc (Electronics / Robotics / Computer Science or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Arduino, electronics, and programming
- Strong interest in teaching and working with school students
- Communication is a must
- Good classroom management skills
- Willingness to travel to different schools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior teaching or training experience in robotics/STEM
- Knowledge of AI tools or app development (MIT App Inventor)
- Experience handling school workshops or labs
