Position: Technical In-Charge – Adhesive Tape Manufacturing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical In-Charge with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the adhesive tape manufacturing industry.
Key Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise in adhesive tape manufacturing processes, specifically in coating and converting operations.
- In-depth knowledge of coating machine processes, including process parameters, controls, and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience in converting machinery, including:
- Logging machines
- Slitting machines
- Slicing machines
- Ability to monitor, control,train and optimize production processes and systems effectively.
- Proven capability to analyze issues and implement process improvements after internal discussions and approvals.
- Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of process control, quality consistency, and productivity improvement.
- Prior experience specifically within the adhesive tape manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of coating and converting operations.
- Ensure optimal machine performance, process control, and product quality.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and industry-specific experience who can take ownership of the manufacturing process and drive continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
