Ecwid E-commerce Developer
Job Type: Full-time and Part- Time / Remote
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Ecwid E-commerce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, customizing, and optimizing Ecwid stores and should be able to independently manage development tasks while delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Ecwid online stores
- Implement design and functionality enhancements based on project requirements
- Configure store settings, product catalogs, collections, and checkout processes
- Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and external tools when required
- Optimize stores for performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness
- Optimize Ecwid stores for Google Shopping and Google Merchant Center
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Ensure websites follow current eCommerce and web development best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Ecwid
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and online store operations
- Experience optimizing stores for Google Shopping
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
- Experience with API integrations and custom development
- Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Portfolio or examples of previous Ecwid projects
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international clients is a plus, but not required
- We are primarily interested in your technical skills and ability to deliver results
- Understanding of SEO and eCommerce conversion optimization
