Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Role Summary
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. The role focuses on promoting the company’s ERP solutions such as Odoo and Tally, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales process to achieve business growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
· Promote and present company products and services such as ERP implementation, Odoo solutions, and Tally services.
· Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with potential clients.
· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/implementation team for suitable solutions.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM or ERP system.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
· Collaborate with the marketing and implementation team to ensure smooth project handover.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
· MBA in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
Experience
· 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or ERP/software sales.
· Experience in ERP, software solutions, IT services, or consulting industry preferred.
Required Skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, Tally, or other business software is preferred.
· Market research and lead generation skills.
· Time management and target-oriented approach.
· Basic understanding of business processes and automation solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
