Position: HR Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, employee documentation, onboarding, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Salary Management
- Prepare monthly salary calculations and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of employee leaves, holidays, and attendance reports.
- Calculate leaves, late arrivals, half-days, and holidays as per company policies.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding salary disbursement and payroll-related matters.
- Monitor daily employee attendance through biometric attendance systems.
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Post job vacancies on various recruitment channels, job portals, social media platforms, and other hiring sources.
- Screen and filter CVs/resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates and relevant department heads.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Assist in candidate selection and hiring processes.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and Joining Letters.
- Complete employee onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Create and maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Assign roles, responsibilities, and departmental reporting structures to newly hired employees in coordination with management.
Employee Exit Management
- Handle employee resignation and termination processes.
- Conduct exit formalities, including clearance procedures and documentation.
- Prepare relieving letters, experience certificates, and final settlement documents.
- Coordinate full and final settlement processes with concerned departments.
Employee Relations & Policy Compliance
- Communicate HR policies, rules, and procedures to employees.
- Address employee concerns and support management in maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
General HR Responsibilities
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Assist management in performance review and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training and development activities when required.
- Perform all other routine HR and administrative functions as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Recruitment, or Administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and HR management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
