We’re hiring a General Manager – Operations & Finance to lead day-to-day business operations at Pixels Planet and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Responsibilities:
1.Manage overall agency operations and team coordination
2.Oversee budgets, expenses, invoicing, and cash flow
3.Track project timelines and resource planning
4.Build systems/processes for smoother execution
5.Coordinate with vendors, finance partners, and internal teams
6.Support leadership with reporting, planning, and decision-making
Requirements:
1.1 - 2 years in operations/business management
2.Strong experience in finance, team management, and process building
3.Preferred background in creative agency / marketing agency / startup
4.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
5.Looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven who can manage people, operations, and numbers under one roof.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka
