The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by advising clients on comprehensive financial planning. The role involves understanding a client's financial goals and presenting customized investment and protection packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels to pitch financial products.
- Financial Advisory: Conduct financial health checks and need-based analysis to recommend the right mix of insurance and investment tools.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention, timely renewals, and referral business.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize incentive earnings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of proven track record in active sales. Prior experience selling insurance, mutual funds, or banking products is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Malayalam for local client consultation. Working knowledge of English is required.
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. Must be highly target-driven
- Must be comfortable working full-time on-site at our Nadakkavu office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
