Job Description: Relationship Officer
We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, promoting products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Freshers and experienced candidates with sales or customer relationship experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field activities, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
