*Pleasing Personality with good communication skill in both English and Tamil
* Must have experience in Telesales, following up leads for Client conversion, Customer relationship management.
* Building and Maintaining Relationships: This involves actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
* Understanding basic sales and marketing principles can help in identifying opportunities for revenue growth and customer acquisition.
* Should have experience in Front office etiquettes.
* Quick learner and must know to access software for customer billing.
* Knowledge in MS office.
