Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Head to lead and manage the organization's overall IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of all IT systems and supporting the organization's technology requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage overall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and end-user devices.
- Oversee network security, cybersecurity, data protection, and access controls.
- Manage ERP systems, business applications, and software integrations.
- Ensure regular data backups and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Lead and supervise the IT team and provide technical guidance.
- Monitor IT system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Manage IT vendors, software licenses, hardware procurement, and AMC contracts.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to management and various departments.
- Ensure effective management of cloud services, email systems, databases, and communication infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
- Prior experience in an IT leadership or managerial role is preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipbuilding, or Industrial organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
