Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
Perform Boolean searches on job portals and professional networking platforms to identify suitable candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals, to attract and engage top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring an organized and efficient recruitment pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
