About the Role
Digiboffins Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling IT services to domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify and connect with potential clients for IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, and Software Development.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and deliver sales presentations.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update leads, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Knowledge of IT services sales is preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
