Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and drive the overall marketing vision of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive growth, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead brand positioning, marketing communications, and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee digital marketing, performance marketing, content, PR, and social media initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
- Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance metrics
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles
- Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and growth strategies
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience in scaling marketing operations and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹2,100,000.00 per year
