Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to lead our maintenance team and ensure smooth operation of CNC and conventional machines. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, maintenance experience, and basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
- Plan and carry out preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot CNC and conventional machine issues.
- Assign daily maintenance work and monitor completion.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Maintain maintenance records and spare parts.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and company standards.
- Support machine installation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or DEEE.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience with CNC and conventional machine maintenance.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime.
Preferred
- Immediate joiners.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering industries.
Pay: ₹1,200.00 per day
