Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information about company services/products, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Follow up with interested customers and leads.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Strong convincing and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
