Each of the MBA journals is run and managed by a team of people, starting with the editorial assistants , and continuing with Editors (who are responsible for seeing the folios of accepted manuscripts transformed into copyedited, typeset and corrected pages that are published in print and online), the Marketer (who works across a range of titles in the subject, aiming to increase readership and circulation of the journals via promotional campaigns), the Journal Publishing Assistant and Journal.
Publishing Manager. The Journal Publishing Manager is responsible for the care and development of the MBA journals and, as such, acts as the focus and the fulcrum of each title's team, ensuring that all our obligations as the Society's publisher are properly fulfilled.

Senior quality Executive
M.Sc / MBA / Diploma or Certificate in Intellectual Property Management. Computers knowledge and knowledge of Quality Adherence and Checking Tools.
3 – 5 years
- Adherence/ implementation of intellectual property norms.
- Ensures that the publications brought –out from this department are free from copyright violation/ plagiarism.
- Checks publications- Books, Journals, Reports/ etc. and pertinent processes in the light of set quality norms.
- Ensures completeness of input received and raises queries for incomplete input with the respective person/ party.
- Reviews quality standards on the basis of feedback from target audience/ clients’ specification.
- Contacts/ liaisons with competent outside experts from QC/ QA fields to seek guidance.
- Prepares tailor made Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Guidelines and participates in quality management system documentation procedures.
- Recommends relevant/ requisite Standards’/ Specifications’- Documents for purchase for reference/ Guidance.
- Plans and executes the relevant ISO certification for the department/ institution.
- Improves quantity (no. of papers being published) without loosing the quality of the existing journal.
- Ensures inclusion of NanoTrends in the coverage of renowned indexing and abstracting services.
- Studies/ evaluates already published titles (books/ reports), opines on possible improvement/ revision/ phasing- out.
- Takes requisite quality measures in bringing-out/ forthcoming books and journals.
- Checks/ evaluates the titles on the quality norms i.r.t the layout, design, paper, printing, embodied thought- contents, relevance, copyright concerns/ plagiarism etc.
