Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources functions. This role covers end-to-end recruitment of caregivers/nurses and support staff, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration — helping us build and maintain a reliable, caring team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for nursing, caregiving, and support staff positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads/management
- Handle onboarding formalities for new hires — documentation, verification, and induction
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR correspondence
- Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and grievances
- Coordinate staff scheduling and duty rosters with the operations team, especially for field-based caregivers/nurses
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and employee data
- Ensure compliance with basic labor law documentation and company policies
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree (HR/Business Administration preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers welcome — training will be provided
- Fluency in Tamil and English
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Patience and a people-first attitude, especially when coordinating with caregiving staff
Preferred Skills:
- Prior exposure to HR/recruitment, even through internships, is a plus
- Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems
- Basic understanding of labor compliance and documentation
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
