The ACCA Exam Invigilator & Registration Coordinator is responsible for the smooth conduct of ACCA Computer-Based Examinations (CBEs), maintaining exam integrity, ensuring compliance with ACCA regulations, managing student registrations, exam bookings, ACCA account support, exemption processing, and coordinating all ACCA-related administrative activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Invigilators are expected to enforce ACCA examination rules and supervise candidates throughout the examination process.

Prepare examination rooms and computer systems before examinations.

Verify candidate identity and examination eligibility.

Conduct candidate briefing before the exam.

Monitor candidates throughout the examination period.

Ensure compliance with ACCA examination regulations and Centre procedures.

Report any examination irregularities, misconduct, or technical issues immediately.

Maintain security and confidentiality of examination materials.

Coordinate with ACCA and examination vendors regarding exam schedules and technical support.

Prepare examination attendance records and incident reports.

Ensure all examination documentation is completed accurately.

Assist candidates with examination login procedures and workstation allocation.

Monitor exam start, progress, and completion according to ACCA standards.

Support students with ACCA initial registration and account creation.

Guide students through exemption applications and document submissions.

Process ACCA exam bookings and amendments.

Assist students with annual subscription renewals.

Support students in reactivating suspended ACCA accounts.

Coordinate student registration records and maintain accurate databases.

Track student progression and examination eligibility.

Handle ACCA-related student queries via email, phone, and in person.

Maintain communication with ACCA regarding registration and examination matters.

Maintain student records and examination data.

Generate reports related to registrations, examinations, and attendance.

Coordinate examination schedules with academic and operations teams.

Ensure compliance with institutional and ACCA policies.

Maintain confidentiality of student and examination information.

Assist in audits and quality assurance activities.

Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in examination administration, academic operations, student services, or educational administration.

Experience handling ACCA, CMA or professional qualification programs is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience using ERP, Student Management Systems.

Basic troubleshooting skills for computer-based examinations.
