Job Title - Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business in Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Robotics, Panel Building, Turnkey Projects).
- Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calls, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms; close orders and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth execution.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical sales solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Execute marketing activities including presentations, demos, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Automation System Integrator / Manufacturing Industry.
- Existing customer network in manufacturing sectors like Automobile, Automation
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BE / BTech in Mechanical,Mechatronics, or Automation & MBA in Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
