Role Overview
Sumeet Infra Solutions is looking for a commercially driven Head – Finance & Commercial to lead financial planning, cash flow management, project profitability, and commercial finance operations.
This role is pivotal in driving financial visibility, cost control, and profitability across infrastructure and equipment deployment projects, while partnering closely with operations and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily & weekly cash flow planning and ensure optimal fund utilization
- Monitor receivables, collections, vendor liabilities, and working capital cycle
- Prepare and analyze project-wise profitability and equipment utilization MIS
- Drive billing closures, client reconciliations, and certification follow-ups
- Analyze project costs, deployment economics, and margin performance
- Partner with operations and commercial teams for financial decision-making
- Support banking documentation, financial projections, and treasury functions
- Develop and maintain business finance dashboards and reporting systems
- Ensure financial discipline and commercial controls across projects
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve project margins
Preferred Profile
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA from a reputed institution
- 7–15 years of relevant experience in finance & commercial roles
- Strong exposure to treasury, MIS, project finance, and commercial operations
- Experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Logistics / Heavy Equipment / Renewable Energy sectors preferred
- Proven ability to manage multi-project financial environments

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
