We are hiring an experienced Pattern Master for our men’s wear garment manufacturing unit. The candidate must have strong expertise in men’s bottom wear and tops, including cargo pants, jeans, trousers, T-shirts, and shirts. The role involves end-to-end pattern development, fitting, and coordination with sampling and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate patterns for men’s bottom wear (cargo, jeans, trousers) and tops (T-shirts, shirts)
- Prepare patterns from sketches, samples, or buyer specifications
- Conduct fittings and make necessary pattern corrections for bulk production
- Ensure proper grading for different sizes
- Coordinate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams
- Maintain pattern quality as per buyer standards
- Reduce fabric wastage and improve fit consistency
- Handle alterations and revisions during sampling and production stages
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience as a Pattern Master in men’s wear
- Strong knowledge of bottom wear and top wear patterns
- Experience in cargo, denim, trousers, T-shirts, and shirts
- Good understanding of garment construction and fit
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of manual pattern making.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
