The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
2. Onboarding & Induction:
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct induction and orientation programs
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
3. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Maintain employee records and HRMS updates
- Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Manage attendance and leave records
4. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Support employee engagement activities and events
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Maintain healthy work environment
5. HR Operations:
- Prepare HR reports (MIS, attrition, headcount, etc.)
- Ensure policy implementation and adherence
- Support audits and internal HR processes
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
