Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Analyst to manage and support the school's IT infrastructure and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, ensuring the smooth operation of school management software, coordinating with vendors, and providing technical support to staff to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the school's ERP, Student Information System (SIS), and other digital platforms.
- Analyze user requirements and recommend system improvements.
- Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical support to teaching and administrative staff.
- Generate reports related to student records, attendance, examinations, fees, and academic performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, backup, and system integrity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Train staff on new software features and system usage.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure smooth integration between various school software applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- 1–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, IT Support Executive.
- Typewriting skills are preffered
- Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
