Position: Service Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or related engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial automation equipment.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and customer training.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers and internal technical teams.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Support machine trials, project handovers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively across India and internationally (including China) as required.
Requirements:-
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, CNC machines, welding equipment, or industrial machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, automation systems, CNC, and welding technologies is preferred.
- Good communication skills with mandatory English proficiency.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively.
Travel & Allowances
- Frequent travel across India and overseas based on project requirements.
- Fuel/Diesel reimbursement and travel expenses as per company policy.
