Senior Engineer
1) Site Execution & Supervision:
- Oversee the execution of civil engineering works, including structural, finishing, waterproofing, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure that all activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Supervise the workforce, subcontractors, and site supervisors for smooth execution.
2. Project Planning & Progress Monitoring:
- Assist in developing work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned project phases.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and report any delays or issues to senior management.
- Coordinate with planning and QS teams for progress tracking and billing validation.
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, IS codes, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and waterproofing works.
- Identify and rectify defects, ensuring minimal rework and wastage.
4. Supervision of Waterproofing Works:
- Ensure the correct application of waterproofing treatments in basements, terraces, wet areas, expansion joints, and podiums.
- Coordinate with vendors and waterproofing specialists to ensure proper material selection and application techniques.
- Conduct leakage tests, water ponding tests, and adhesion tests to verify the effectiveness of waterproofing systems.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and site-specific waterproofing specifications.
5. Coordination with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with MEP, waterproofing, structural, and architectural teams to avoid work clashes.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth material supply and work execution.
- Participate in project meetings with consultants and senior management.
6. Material Management & Wastage Control:
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of construction and waterproofing materials.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage of concrete, steel, formwork, finishing materials, and waterproofing chemicals.
- Ensure material reconciliation with the procurement and stores team.
7. Safety & Risk Management:
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for labor and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations.
8. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), site inspection records, and material reconciliation statements.
- Provide weekly/monthly progress updates to project managers and senior management.
- Document all quality control, safety compliance, and issue resolution reports.
Key Qualities & Must-Have Skills:
✅ Technical Expertise in Civil & Waterproofing Works: Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, waterproofing, and infrastructure works.
✅ Project Execution & Site Supervision: Experience in handling on-site execution, resource allocation, and workforce management.
✅ Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Understanding of QA/QC procedures, IS codes, and construction safety norms.
✅ Time Management & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify site issues, resolve them efficiently, and maintain project timelines.
✅ Waterproofing System Knowledge: Expertise in various waterproofing techniques, material applications, and quality control measures.
✅ Material Handling & Cost Control: Experience in material planning, wastage control, and reconciliation.
✅ Coordination & Communication: Strong ability to work with consultants, vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
✅ Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and ERP-based project management tools.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 10 – 12 years of experience in high-rise residential, commercial, villa projects.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in large-scale civil engineering projects, including structural, finishing, and waterproofing works.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
