LMD INDIA ENGINEERING PVT. LTD., a specialized construction company focusing on exterior construction works for Hyundai Motor Company, is seeking a dedicated and technically competent Site Engineer to lead and supervise our project site activities.
The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing exterior construction works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance, and coordinating with all stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day exterior construction works at the project site.
Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards for exterior building systems.
Coordinate with the client (Hyundai Motor Company), consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely and efficient execution of exterior works.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site documentation related to exterior construction.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment) for exterior works.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies, and coordinate with the safety team for site safety.
Identify and report technical issues, design discrepancies, or site constraints related to exterior construction and propose practical solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks for exterior works, including façade, cladding, and related components.
Assist in quality inspections, punch-list clearance, and handover preparation for completed exterior works.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
