Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled, creative, and strategy-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing brand pages, developing content strategies, coordinating with creative teams, and driving measurable growth.
You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing our social media activities across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute monthly social media calendars
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and platform-specific strategies
- Create engaging captions, content ideas, and brand messaging
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators for visual/content output
- Analyze performance using insights, analytics, and reporting tools
- Run and monitor paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) — preferred
- Handle comments, messages, and community engagement
- Track trends, competitors, and new platform features
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Analytics Tools
- Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize content ideas
- Excellent communication & writing skills (English/Hindi)
- Ability to manage deadlines and work with creative teams
- Basic design/editing skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
