Requirements: (Urgent basis)
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in hospital maintenance .
- Strong hands-on experience in Operation Theatre (OT) maintenance, including OT HVAC, AHU, HEPA filtration, laminar airflow, and medical gas pipeline systems.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, plumbing, fire safety systems, STP/WTP, and building maintenance.
- Ability to independently manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of all hospital engineering services.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety standards, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
- Willingness to attend emergency maintenance requirements whenever needed.
