We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of recruitment experience and be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
